4 years of investing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange

Time flies quickly. I remember publishing a post about the results of 3.5 years of investing and now we have another half a year in my investing history. Let’s have a look at those 4 years. My real wallet on the Warsaw Stock Exchange gained +120.57%, which gives +21.87% annually.

The first year 05.2013-04.2014 ended up with a result +22.39%

The second year 05.2014-04.2015 ended up with a result +19.49%

The third year 05.2015-04.2016 ended up with a result +12.29%

The fourth year 05.2016-04.2017 ended up with a result +34.90%

+20.75% (+32.31% including change of GBP/PLN ratio) during 4.5 months, WSE wallet – week 08/08/2016 – 14/08/2016

During the week 08/08/2016 – 14/08/2016, the value of carefully selected stocks went up 2.34% versus WIG20 return +1.77% and WIG +2.34%.

+20.75% (+32.31% including change of GBP/PLN ratio) is the return from the start of running a public portfolio of shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. During this time (4.5 months) ratio British currency / Polish currency – GBP/PLN has changed from 5.41 to 4.94. I work in the UK and I have my salary in £ and probably my future is connected with the United Kingdom – that is why I am interested in knowing my return from investments in GBP.
